Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing our services. Because our work involves custom, personalized projects created specifically for each client, we maintain the following refund policy.

  1. No Refunds for Custom Work

    All custom projects are non-refundable once work has begun. Custom services require dedicated time, resources, and planning that cannot be recovered once the project has started.

  2. Client Responsibility

    Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and details before our work begins. Once the project has started, changes may require additional fees depending on what stage we are at.

  3. Project Cancellation

    If a client cancels a project after work has started, payments already made will not be refunded. Any completed work up to that point may be delivered at our discretion.

  4. Exceptional Circumstances

    In rare occasions, we may review refund requests at our sole discretion. However, refunds are not guaranteed for custom services.

  5. Shipping

    If your item is damaged through shipping, please contact your shipping provider for any insurance coverages.
